Introducing ENTRI Angels “Active” and “Passive” Angel Investment Opportunities Held in September 2007 at Renaissance Hotel
Join your fellow AAO-HNS members who are exploring angel group investing /fund. ENTRI (ENT Resources, Inc.), a business entity of the Academy, and New Vantage Group, (Vienna, VA) one of the premier angel investment management firms, have formed ENTRI Angels. ENTRI Angels is recruiting qualified investors for a Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area active angel group which will be a first of its kind. Not in the DC area, you can still participate through because we are also recruiting investors for a “side-car” angel investment fund that will make investments in concert with the active angel group.
John May, Managing Director of New Vantage Group, Batten Fellow at The Darden Business School, Chair of the Angel Capital Association,, and author of the book, “Every Business Needs an Angel,” will provide an overview of the ENTRI Angel “active” and “passive” angel investment opportunities. In addition, to give attendees a feel for the active angel experience ( monthly meetings, hands-on experience with entrepreneurs, common term sheets, etc.), and to introduce real angel investment opportunities, two companies owned by AAO-HNS members that are seeking angel investment from ENTRI Angels will be giving their investment presentations.
