David R. Nielsen MD, FACS
Dr. Nielsen is the CEO and Executive Vice President of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS) and its foundation. He joined AAO-HNS in 2002 after 13 years of private medical practice and five years as a Senior Consultant at the Mayo Clinic. He has a BA in Business-Finance as well as his medical degree, otolaryngology residency, and fellowship training in otology. He has served on the boards of local, state, and national medical societies, as well as numerous hospital and public health committees and councils.

Michael G. Glenn MD, FACS
Dr. Glenn is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist in private practice in Seattle, Washington.
Brenda S. Hargett, CPA, CAE
Brenda Hargett is the interim ENTRI President and COO of the AAO-HNS. Prior to joining AAO-HNS, Brenda was VP and CFO of a national trade association. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in various managerial roles and is skilled in strategic planning, organization management, and financial management. She has more than 20 years of experience working for, or with, trade associations, professional societies, and foundations as well as related for-profit entities. Over the years, Brenda has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Washington Business Journal’s 2007 Award for Financial Excellence in the large association category, the 2006 winner of the Best Practices and Exemplary Achievements in Not-For-Profit Financial Management Award presented by West, Lane & Schlager and Tate & Tryon and the 2005 regional winner of the IMA Financial Executive of the Year award. Previously, she was a 1997 winner of the Vision Award for Excellence in Business Performance Reporting cosponsored by Controller Magazine and Hyperion Software and a 1996 winner of the ASAE Award of Excellence - Finance and Administration Section. Brenda Hargett is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Association Executive. She graduated with honors from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
Stephen Heinzman MBA
Stephen Heinzman is the Vice President of Business Operations at Nortel Government Solutions, Inc. Nortel Government Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nortel and is a system integrator serving its US Federal Government customers. Since its 1895, founding as Northern Electric and Manufacturing, Nortel has grown to become a global leader in delivering communications capabilities that enhance the human experience, power global commerce, and secure and protect the world's most critical information. Stephen has held various leadership roles during his over 17 year tenure with Nortel. He received his MBA from the College of William and Mary in 1988.
Susan Sedory Holzer
Susan Sedory Holzer is the Senior Director for Marketing and Strategy for the American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. She has more than twenty years of experience working in the association, corporate and federal government sectors in a variety of different functional areas, including strategy, research, and technology. Ms. Holzer holds a Masters Degree in Speech Science from the University of Maryland and has authored or presented more than 50 peer-reviewed papers.
Charles (Chuck) L. Martin, Jr. CAE, CIA
Chuck Martin is Chief Operating Officer for the American Physical Therapy Association in Alexandria, VA., with its 69,000 members and staff of 175, representing physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and PT/PTA students. Chuck has more than 16 years of association management experience and serves on numerous volunteer Boards of Directors, including the Military Officers of America (MOAA) and its 360,000 members. He received an MBA from Michigan State University and a BBA (Economics) from Manhattan College. Chuck has served as an adjunct instructor of accounting and management for the University of Maryland, Regis University and the United States Air Force Academy.
Michael Setzen MD, FACS, FAAP
Dr. Setzen is a board certified Otolaryngologist and is in private practice in Manhasset, New York. In addition, Dr. Setzen is Clinical Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at New York University School of Medicine and Chief Rhinology Section, North Shore University Hospital at Manhasset, Manhasset, New York. He is past Chair of the Board of Governors AAO-HNS and a Member Board of Directors ARS and ABEA.
